I love Cybertrucks
I love Cybertrucks. Their unusual design is a big part of the appeal for me.
Science that makes me curious
Brain mapping and neutrino detection are two topics that caught my attention in recent notes. I’m interested in how researchers map the connections in a brain, and how experiments detect particles that are so difficult to observe.
These are interests I’m exploring, not claims of expertise or a finished scientific explanation.
Science fiction and the craft of storytelling
My writing notes explore science fiction, intelligence, and how a big scientific idea can become a human story. I’m interested in clear problems, believable problem-solving, suspense, and the structure that keeps a reader turning pages.
That includes looking at how writers such as Andy Weir, Blake Crouch, Isaac Asimov, and Ted Chiang connect ideas to people. These are writing influences, not a ranked list of my favorite authors.
Tasks.md: keep the file useful
Tasks.md is my iOS and macOS app built around a Markdown task file. The public project documentation describes an approach where the file remains portable plain text and the app provides an interface for working with it. That connects to my interest in using text files and tools such as Cursor together.
The repository also contains development work. Features described there should not automatically be treated as available in the current App Store release.
Speed Reader: experimenting with reading interfaces
Speed Reader is one of my public software projects. Its README describes a reading interface that displays words sequentially at an adjustable pace, with text input and keyboard controls. It is another example of my interest in making small tools around everyday activities.

The personal interests above were selected from my own notes and statements. Project summaries come from their public GitHub documentation. Private journal entries, conversation transcripts, family information, financial details, work records, and unpublished story scenes are not included here.
