Notion is an all-in-one workspace that combines notes, docs, wikis, databases, and project management. Everything is built on blocks that can be moved, nested, and connected.
Think of it as a digital notebook that can morph into a spreadsheet, kanban board, wiki, or full project management system.
Notion is the central hub for organizing my work and thoughts:
Cmd+N — New pageCmd+P — Quick search across all pages/ — Open block menu to insert anything[[ — Link to another pageCmd+E — Toggle inline codeI've tried many note-taking apps. Notion stuck because of its flexibility—I can build exactly what I need without being locked into templates. Databases that display as tables, boards, or calendars are powerful. The main trade-off is speed (it can feel slow) and limited offline support.
